Mijn schoonzus is vandaag 50 geworden. We gaan er wat later in de middag heen, waardoor ik energie genoeg heb om te kunnen blijven eten. Was erg gezellig, uiteraard veel gesproken over mijn ziekte, maar ook lekker met iedereen bijgekletst over andere dingen. Na het eten gelijk naar huis want ik ben toch wel erg moe.

  3. Diskriminácia ako taká, že vraj neexistuje. Ale skúste sa zamestnať so zdravotným znevýhodnením, prípadne mať záujem o nejaké lukratívne miesto. Je to o ústretovosti zamestnávateľov, nakoľko sú povinní pripraviť nielen miesto, ale aj miesto pre oddych a samozrejme bezbariérové sociálne zázemie. Je možné na zriadenie takého miesta požiadať o dotáciu ÚPSVaR, ale vybavovanie je dlhé a byrokracia neskutočná. Preto sa veľmi do toho zamestnávatelia nehrnú. Lenka

  23. this before too! Don’t know if there is actually evidence to support this – but it is true for me. The week before my period my anxiety is in over-drive. I have been tracking my pd too – just for this reason. That way I can prepare myself. I have honestly re-scheduled appointments etc so that they do not fall during that time because I know they would be so much harder to go to that week.I use joesgoals.com to track my stuff. Not just my pds, but sleep, coffee intake, whether I took my vitamins, etc. It helps a lot Thanks for this post!
